The Seller = Party Fever Ltd
The Client = As detailed on the order

The contract between the Seller and the Client comes into existence once the Seller has accepted the Clients order and payment has been received. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from any contract where an obvious typing error has occurred on the Seller's website.

The price of the goods are those specified on the Seller's Website. The price displayed is inclusive of VAT. There may be an additional charge for delivery, please refer to the delivery charges page. Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that goods are unavailable the Client will be notified by email or telephone and offered either a substitution or a refund. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Inflated Balloon Orders

It is the Client's responsibility to check all details of the order are correct, in particular delivery/collection date and time and spelling of personalised items.

All orders must be paid in full, prior to the preparation time necessary to meet collection/delivery times. (This includes personalisation of items and purchase  order lead time of special/one-off stock requests)

It is necessary for the Seller to prepare and inflate the balloons, in advance of the delivery/collection to ensure they are ready for the Clients requested time. For latex balloons preparation entails treating with Hi Float serum and balloons such as foils and bubbles are inflated in advance of the collection/delivery time to allow for possible faults in valves and seams to show.  All this is done allowing for the Sellers schedule and to ensure the Client benefits from maximum float time.

Therefore;

  • Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the order date to qualify for a refund.  
  • Postponements to deliveries/collections need to be received at least 48 hours prior to the original order date to avoid any re-inflation charges.
  • If the Client collects their order later than the stated date any charges relating to balloons that need re-inflating or topping up must be paid for by the Client.
  • COVID - Cancellations due to lock down restrictions will be refunded or postponed and carried forward at the agreed price.  Cancellations due to isolation are subject to our standard terms and conditions above.

Amendments to balloon décor design or increases in quantity must be received 7 days prior to the order date. (To allow time for any extra stock to be obtained or changes in logistics to be made)

If the Client collects the balloons, the Seller cannot be responsible for the balloons once they have left the Seller's premises. 

The Seller strongly advises that the Client transports the balloons in a vehicle free of any other cargo.  Due to the nature of the product any contact with other objects can easily cause a puncture.  Please also refer to our Balloon Guarantee

Where a delivery is attempted at the arranged time but no one is present to accept it, the goods will be returned to the Sellers premises.

Subsequent delivery attempts can be arranged at the cost of the Client.
There will be no refund of goods or delivery charges for failed deliveries if no such rearrangements are made.

Deliveries will be made within the ordered time frame.  Please ensure you choose a time frame that ends before your event starts. (e.g. If your event starts at 10 am and you book a delivery time slot of 9.00 am - 10.30 am it is possible that your delivery may arrive after your event start so we advise booking a delivery the evening before).  Only in the instance that the Seller is later than the start of the event will a refund be offered

If delays in delivery arise due to severe weather, poor road conditions or vehicle breakdown the Seller will contact the Client to advise the best possible course of action.

For special stock orders or to book an installation slot a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable.

Should the Seller be unable to complete the order due to faulty goods or a discontinued line, an alternative will be offered.  Every attempt will be made to contact the Client should this situation arise.  If contact with the Client is not possible the Seller will make the substitution based on best judgement.

Where balloon décor installments are booked for outside and inclement weather makes the décor inadvisable alternative décor will be provided indoors or a credit note issued.

Where it is necessary to use poles, frames etc for the décor it is the responsibility of the Client to keep such equipment safe and undamaged until the arranged collection date.  Any missing or damaged equipment will be charged to the client.  In certain circumstances we may require a deposit to safeguard such equipment.

General Party Product & Personalised Product Orders
(This refers to any orders that DO NOT contain inflated balloons)

Unfortunately the Seller cannot accept any cancellations or amendments to orders of personalised products.  Please check your order carefully before placing.

The Seller, where possible, will accommodate cancellations or amendments to  general party products ordered for shipping.  However orders are picked and despatched promptly and once the order is in the hands of the shipper any costs for returns or add-ons must be met by the Client.

Party Fever Ltd. Will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Availability permitting all 'shipped' orders paid for by credit card will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Party Fever is entitled to deliver in part. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract. Firework deliveries require a person over the age of 18 to accept the delivery and Party poppers require a person over the age of 16 to accept the delivery.

Although we do the utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, should the goods arrive damaged or incorrect, inform us within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our utmost to replace or refund.

If the customer is unhappy with their purchase, providing the goods are received back at Party Fever Ltd. within 15 days of the receipt of delivery in good condition and including all component parts. Party Fever Ltd. will refund the returned goods in full. The customer must cover the cost of return postage and Party Fever suggests that registered or recorded postage is used.

General Terms (applying to all orders)

When placing an order, we will collect the following information from you. Name, address, telephone number and email address. This is to enable us to process your order and contact you in relation to your order only.

If you choose to subscribe to our Newsletter we will use the information for our own marketing purposes only and will not pass on your information to any third party.

All Party Fever Ltd. Purchases take place in a safe environment via Shopify's secure site.

All products in the online shop comply with the European Safety Regulations and where necessary bear the CE mark and age guides.

Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years as there is a potential choking hazard. Please retain any packaging for future reference.

Chocolate products may contain traces of nuts.

Contracts between Party Fever Ltd and the customer will be governed by English Law.
